Welcome to VegasSims. By accessing our website, subscribing to our membership plans, or utilizing our game simulation data, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

VegasSims is a sports statistics and game matchup simulation model. For major North American sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL), we run 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations per game to analyze outcomes, forecast win probabilities, and evaluate expected value (+EV) edges.

VegasSims is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, bets, or deposits of any kind.

2. Membership Tiers & Access

Free Tier: Grants access to 2 featured matchups and basic simulation cards per day.

The Sharps (Tier 1): Paid subscription granting access to detailed simulation metrics and EV cards for any two select sports leagues.

The Syndicate (Tier 2): Paid subscription granting full, unrestricted access to all simulation dashboards, projections, and analysis across all leagues.

3. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: Our simulations represent mathematical probabilities based on historical statistics, injury reports, and starting lineups. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of forecast outcomes.

Financial Responsibility: All sports betting decisions carry financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any wagers made on external sportsbooks. VegasSims is not liable for any financial losses incurred based on our projections or write-ups.

No Reselling: Projections, EV figures, and articles are licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, scraping, or republishing our simulation outputs is strictly prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Billing is managed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your tier at any time from your Account Billing page.
